Ingredients:

– 1 1/2 – 2 pounds ground beef
– 1/2 cup bread crumbs
– 1/2 cup milk
– 1 egg
– 1/2 onion, chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
– 1/4 teaspoon dried sage

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 375F.

2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, dried thyme, and dried sage. Mix well until everything is evenly distributed.

3. Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it into a baking dish.

4. Bake the meatloaf for about 45-50 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160F in the center of the loaf.
