– 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
– 1/2 tsp. onion powder
– 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
– 1/2 cup diced jalapenos
– 1/2 cup diced red onion
– 1 avocado, diced
– 1/4 cup chopped cilantro


1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef or turkey with the chili powder, cumin powder, garlic powder, and onion powder over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess grease.

3. Warm up the can of refried beans on a separate pan by following the instructions on the can.
