To start the day off right, I made a simple and filling breakfast of banana oatmeal. Here’s the recipe:

– 1/2 cup of rolled oats
– 1 cup of water
– 1/2 banana, mashed
– 1 tsp of honey
– Cinnamon

1. In a small pot, bring the water to a boil.
2. Add the oats and stir.
