Giant S’mores Stuffed Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie
Ingredients:
- ½ cup butter, melted
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- Pinch of kosher salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 bag of marshmallows
- ½ cup crushed graham crackers
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix together the melted butter, sugars and vanilla until combined.
- Whisk in the egg.
- Mix together the flour, salt and chocolate chips in a bowl. Stir the dry ingredients into the wet until the mixture starts to come together.
- Press the cookie dough into a greased skillet evenly.
- Top the cookie dough with 1/2 bag of marshmallows and 1/2 cup of graham crackers.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the marshmallows start to turn golden brown.
- Let the skillet cookie cool and dig in!

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a stand mixer, mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar and vanilla until combined.
- Whisk in the eggs.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the flour and baking soda. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet.
- Add 1 1/2 cups of the chocolate chips and stir until JUST combined.
- Press the cookie dough into an ungreased skillet evenly.
- Top the cookie dough with the remaining 1/2 cup of chocolate chips.
- Bake in the oven for 20-22 minutes or until the edges start to turn golden brown.
- Let the skillet cool and dig in!
