Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, yeast and orange zest. Mix well.
2. In a small saucepan, heat the milk, water and butter until the butter melts. Remove from heat and let it cool down a bit.
3. Add the cooled milk mixture, eggs, egg yolk, vanilla extract and almond extract to the dry ingredients. Mix well until a dough forms.
4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes or until it becomes smooth and elastic.
5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for about 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
6. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
7. Punch down the dough and form it into a ring shape. Place it on a greased baking sheet.
