Keto Tuna Casserole Hack: A Quick & Easy Low-Carb Recipe!

– One can of tuna fish (drained)
– Two cups of cauliflower rice
– One cup of heavy cream
– Half a cup of chopped onions
– Half a cup of shredded cheddar cheese
– Two tablespoons of olive oil
– One tablespoon of garlic powder
– One tablespoon of dried parsley
– Salt and pepper to taste


1. Preheat your oven to 375°F, and lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray.

2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and cook until they’re soft and translucent (about 5-7 minutes).

3. Add the cauliflower rice to the skillet and cook for another 3-4 minutes or until it’s slightly browned.
