– 1/2 cup warm water
– 2 and 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
– 1/2 cup granulated sugar
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
– 1/2 cup milk, at room temperature
– 2 large eggs
– 1 tsp salt
– 4 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 tsp ground cinnamon
– 1/2 cup chopped pecans
– 3/4 cup brown sugar
– 1/4 cup heavy cream
– 1/4 cup unsalted butter
