– 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized
– 2 cans of tuna, drained
– 1 cup of mayonnaise
– 2/3 cup of sour cream
– 1/4 cup of chopped onion
– 1/4 cup of chopped celery
– 1/4 cup of chopped red bell pepper
– 1/4 cup of chopped green bell pepper
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder
– 1/2 teaspoon of cumin
– 1/4 teaspoon of paprika
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
– 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley


1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. Spiralize your zucchinis using a spiralizer or julienne peeler. Set aside.

3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayo, sour cream, chopped onion, celery, bell peppers, and minced garlic. Mix well.
