- 2 cups semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips

- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter, granulated and brown sugars, and vanilla. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing after each addition. The texture will be thick and almost dough-like.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients with a rubber spatula and stir until everything is completely combined. Add the chocolate chips and stir once more.
- Drop 2-tablespoon mounds of cookie dough onto parchment-lined baking sheets, leaving at least 2 inches in between each mound of dough. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
