Fresh Tuna Noodle Casserole Recipe

– 1 lb. fresh tuna, cut into small pieces
– 8 oz. egg noodles, cooked according to package directions

– 1/2 cup sour cream
– 1/2 cup mayonnaise
– 1/2 cup milk

– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
– 2 tbsp. butter, melted
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Cook the egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
3. In a large skillet, sauté the mushrooms, onion, and celery until they are soft and tender.
4. Add the fresh tuna and frozen peas to the skillet and cook until the tuna is no longer pink.
