Tuna Soba Noodles | Ingenious Tuna Sashimi Recipe

– 200g soba noodles
– 200g fresh tuna sashimi
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 2 tablespoons mirin
– 1 tablespoon sake
– 1 tablespoon brown sugar
– 1 tablespoon sesame oil
– 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
– 1 tablespoon grated ginger
– 2 green onions, sliced thin
– 1 garlic clove, minced
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
– 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
– 1/2 avocado, sliced

Instructions:

1. Cook soba noodles according to package directions. Once cooked, drain and rinse under cold water to cool down. Set aside.

2. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, mirin, sake, brown sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, grated ginger, minced garlic, and black pepper. Stir until ingredients are well combined.

3. Place fresh tuna sashimi into a mixing bowl and pour half of the soy sauce mixture over it. Toss to ensure each piece of tuna is covered with the sauce. Set aside for 10 minutes.
