– 12 oz egg noodles, cooked and drained
– 2 cans of tuna, drained

– 2 cups whole milk
– 1 tsp dijon mustard
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F/190°C.

2. In a large pot, cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

3. In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and whisk constantly for 1-2 minutes until the mixture is smooth and bubbly.

4. Slowly whisk in the milk, 1/2 cup at a time, until the sauce is thick and creamy.

7. Pour the mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.

8. In a small bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.

9. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
