Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. Cook the gluten-free pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
3. In a large skillet, sauté the onions and mushrooms until softened. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add the drained tuna and peas and stir to combine.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, thyme, salt, and pepper.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and stir to combine. Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the pasta and toss to coat.
