The next instalment of our Chefs Collaboration Dinner will be hosted by Tetaring at Kayumanis Nusa Dua on Friday, 21th November 2014. It will be a platform for Kayumanis to showcase the culinary talents of teams from all four properties on the island of Bali.
The dinner will also coincide with the rebranding of Tetaring as a high-end Indonesian restaurant.
The theme of the event will be ‘In Harmony with Indonesia’s Heritage’ and the entire menu will be inspired by the diversity of regional flavours from around the archipelago. The lively melodies of classic Indonesian music by a Batak Quartet and Keroncong Band will entertain guests throughout the evening. The decor of Tetaring will also pay tribute to the artistic legacy of Indonesia through the display of old photos and ethnic artefacts.
