Ingredients:
-2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
-1 teaspoon baking soda
-1 teaspoon baking powder
-1 teaspoon salt
-1 teaspoon espresso powder (optional)
-1 cup (2 sticks) of butter, softened
-1 cup packed brown sugar
-1/2 cup of white sugar
-2 large eggs
-1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
-2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
-1 cup white chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and espresso powder.
3. In a large bowl, combine butter, white sugar and brown sugar until light and creamy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
4. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until dough forms.
5. Stir in the chocolate chips and white chocolate chips (optional).
6. Drop dough by large teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet.
7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
