– 1 can of tuna
– 1/2 cup of peas
– 1/2 cup of corn
– 1/2 cup of diced carrots
– 1/2 cup of diced celery
– 1/2 onion chopped
– 1/2 red bell pepper diced
– 1/2 green bell pepper diced
– 1 garlic clove minced
– 3 cups of cooked egg noodles
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– 1/4 cup of milk
– 1/4 cup of cheese
– Salt and pepper to taste
1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Boil the egg noodles in a large pot of water until they are cooked through. Drain the water and set the noodles aside.
3. In a large skillet, heat up the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, and cook until they are translucent.
