Over the years KZU has been known for their fresh, clean and healthy-choice menu from their buffet. They serve lots of good Japanese inspired dishes from salads, skewers, takoyaki also their croquettes with various fillings. And their strategic locations makes a great meeting point for casual business or just friendly meet up.
Okay, this time I’m not going to share about KZU but about their new sister Wabi Sabi, while KZU is more to the fresh food on their showcase/buffet display; Wabi Sabi offers izakaya concept with fresh food from their grill and some scrumptious a la carte menu with beer and sake selections.
They keep the menu simple but with various option for everyone, the vegetarian, the carnivore even for those who love comfort food. Recently, they add a couple of new creations fresh from the grill, like this juicy mouthwatering Grilled Pork Loin with Fennel Ruccola and Pork Sausage (Bratwurst) which perfect pair for beer. Both the sausage and pork loin are from a local organic pig farm.
Dare to try something different, try KZU’s omakase dining concept where you leave it to the chef to create something fresh and good for you. It’s quite a unique experience because you’ll never know what he would create for you. A glimpse of Omakase, it literally means “respectfully leaving another to decide what is best“. Which in this concept means a meal consisting of dishes selected by the chef. Are you dare to try?
So if you’re looking for good food made with fresh and good ingredients you can try Wabi Sabi!
