From Ibiza to Bali…
Over the years La Finca has succeed presenting tasty rustic Ibiza tapas to Bali with organic ingredients, cooked in traditional method. The dining room was set in airy bamboo structure with washed furniture that matches the casual and cozy ambiance with outdoor seating area in a lush garden that creates a comfy vibes.
Our dinner was started with a jug of Sangria that goes really well with all the tapas we had there. About the food itself, their new chef has created some new menus. We had some of their tasty seafood tapas like their simple and tasty Gambas (garlic prawn seared in olive oil and butter), Arroz Negro also one of my favorite here, its crispy soft shell crab served with creamy black squid ink rice.
And for the meat lovers as part of their new menu they have this aromatic rosemary Smoked Pork Ribs and their mouthwatering Crispy Pork Belly served with dragon fruit compote a great combination of savory and sweet sensation.
With good foods, great friends, nice cocktail overall it makes a wonderful night 🙂
