Dessert time is the best time for me. Who wouldn’t love pretty sweet treats to close their meal or just to complement your afternoon tea time? Well if you love dessert just as I do, Watercress Batubelig just create some new pretty and delicious sweet dessert menu.
They had some sweet goodies like Traditional French Crème Brulee (48K) with its delicate texture, amazing vanilla and caramel aroma. It’s sweet but not too sweet, enough to please my sweet tooth :). They use brown sugar for the caramel top so it gives a bit bitter taste and it also accompanied with some strawberries that balance the flavor.
For something chocolaty they create Chocolate & Salted Butter Caramel Mousse (48K), this silky smooth light and airy mousse were served in a jar, with salted caramel layer at the bottom so you just need to dig in to get the whole layer and don’t forget to add those crunchy praline for some nuttiness.
Aside from those desserts in the jars they also create some classic desserts like one of my favorite sweet and gorgeous Watercress Pavlova with Seasonal Fruits (55K), crispy crust and a melt your mouth meringue topped with tropical fruits like mango, grapes, strawberry and passion fruits. Also some old-time favorite Strawberry Tartelette with Vanilla Custard (55K) and homey goodness Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich (55K).
